We have been foodies and coffee fanatics for many years. We opened Flour Fusion with a desire to share our passion for great food, coffee and atmosphere. Our daughter Carla, a talented pastry chef shares our zest for the culinary world and teamed with us to begin this adventure. This has truly been a family affair, with Robert (son), Jordona (daughter-in-law) and Denise (sister) working from day one to bring this dream to reality. Daughters Angela, Tanya & Diana have also helped along the journey, and continue to play important roles in our business. Most of the family has since grown and moved on to new adventures of their own. We have also grown, and have been truly blessed with each new member of the Flour Fusion family. Our goal remains the same today as when we opened: to provide a warm & welcoming atmosphere offering fresh, innovative, beautiful, quality food at a reasonable price.
