Chef Carla Willmore

Executive Pastry Chef Carla Willmore is the creative force behind the array of fine pastries and desserts available daily at Flour Fusion. Graduating from San Diego Culinary Institute where she trained under Master Pastry Chef, Bo Frieberg, Carla combines her skills and knowledge to bring modern yet classic pastries & cakes to Lake Elsinore. Carla’s passion includes using the freshest quality ingredients to create bold flavor combinations with an artistic flair.

Chef Angela Phalen

Executive Bread Chef Angela Phalen is an honors graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy in Minnesota. Angela has owned and operated successful restaurants, and currently owns and operates a thriving catering business, Epicurean Events. As a classically trained chef, she brings an unparalleled level of expertise to the bread making process.
